Waste is not waste until you waste it!
Got random jars lying around the house? Turn them into cute little upcycled storage containers or planters with Creative Genie chalk paints.

This design is inspired by Warli art, a form of tribal art mostly created by the tribal people from the North Sahyadri Range in Maharashtra, India.
I've used two coats of chalk paints on a glass jar to achieve the desired finish and opacity. Once the base layer was completely dry I painted the warli figures with white chalk paint and accented the design with small leaves.
Add a twisted macrame cord to the top for the perfect finish and secure with The Perfect Craft Glue.
Materials Used:
Chalk Paints - Moss Green, Jamaican Teal, Forest Green, White
2mm Twisted Macrame Cords - Natural
